SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping times may vary. After receiving your order, we usually need 1-3 days until your order is processed in our logistics center. Once your package is ready to ship and you receive your shipping confirmation by email, you can expect the following delivery times:

In case you have not received shipping information after 10 days, please contact our customer service.
PAYMENTS
Payments
In our store you can basically use the following payment methods:
PayPal, PayPal Express
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Purchase on invoice
We offer you the purchase on invoice as a payment option. When buying on invoice, you always have a payment period of 14 days. Please note that we will not process your order until we have received your payment. Please indicate your order number as reason for payment when transferring the money, so that we can send you the goods as soon as possible.
Stripe Payments (Debit card and giro pay)
If the payment method credit card via Stripe is selected, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter: "Stripe"). Stripe reserves the right to perform a credit check and to reject this payment method in case of a negative credit check.
Klarna
If a payment method offered via the payment service "Klarna" is selected, the payment will be processed via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter: "Klarna").
