REISHI
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a potent medicinal mushroom that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for thousands of years for its health benefits. Reishi is commonly referred to as the queen of mushrooms and is considered the "mushroom of immortality" (1).
It contains over 400 bioactive compounds that have a number of positive biological effects, such as regulating the immune system, reducing inflammation, regulating blood sugar levels, and having antiviral, antibacterial, antitumor, and antioxidant properties. It may not actually make you immortal, but it has amazing health benefits (5).
Strengthening the immune system
Some medicinal mushrooms, including Reishi, are considered adaptogens, meaning they help balance the natural systems in the body. Adaptogens have a balancing effect on our immune system, strengthening it when it is weakened and dampening it when it is overactive (2) (3).
Hormonal balance and sleep
Our hormonal system is supported and balanced by the triterpene compounds found specifically in the Reishi mushroom. A balanced hormonal system allows our body to rest and recover better by promoting a longer duration of restful sleep. And we all know how much a good night's sleep improves our performance during the day (12).
Allergy symptom relief
The ganoderic acid found in reishi mushrooms has been shown to inhibit the release of histamine, improve lung function, and relieve symptoms of asthma and seasonal allergies (4) (8) (9) (10) (11).
Reduction of inflammation
Inflammation plays an important role in the body's natural healing process, but can lead to problems if the body suffers from chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation can lead to and exacerbate other health problems such as arthritis and asthma, so it is important to reduce it when possible. The anti-inflammatory properties of the polysaccharides found in reishi mushrooms have been demonstrated in a number of studies (7) (14).
Reduction of oxidative damage
Free radicals cause oxidative damage in our bodies, which can lead to both health problems and signs of aging. Antioxidants in our diet are important because they help fight these damaging free radicals. Clinical studies have shown that Reishi's bioactive compounds act as antioxidants, providing a range of benefits from our gut flora to our skin - for results inside and out (6) (14) (16).
Infection control
Reishi contains hundreds of bioactive compounds that have a number of potential health benefits, including antiviral and antibacterial effects. Several clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of reishi in fighting infections such as human papillomavirus (HPV), shingles, urinary tract infections, and many others (13) (15).

Once your package is ready to ship and you receive your shipping confirmation by email, you can expect the following delivery times: Delivery times per country: *Germany and other European countries 2 to 6 days. Conditions: All items are inspected before they are accepted - The item(s) may have been opened. However, the item(s) must still be returned in proper condition. That is, the folding box and the glass packaging must not be damaged or destroyed. The label must not be removed. - The cost of the return is borne by the customer

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has not yet approved any claims for the effects of Reishi. Unfortunately, due to the lack of health claims, we are not allowed to advertise the exact effects of Reishi.
