THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, there is currently no possibility to cancel your order afterwards. As soon as you have received the goods, you can of course return them immediately, just follow the steps under "Returns".
  • When will I receive my order?
    Our shipping times may vary. After receiving your order, we usually need 1-3 days until your order is processed in our logistics center. Once your package is ready to ship and you receive your shipping confirmation by email, you can expect the following delivery times: Delivery times per country: *Germany and other European countries 2 to 6 days. In case you have not received shipping information after 10 days, please contact our customer service.
  • What happens if I have entered an incorrect address?
    Please note that your shipping address can`t be changed if you discover an error in your contact information, please email us directly to info@mindandmatter.io If the order cannot be delivered to you, it will be sent back to our warehouse. Then we will contact you to resend your package.
  • How can I return my order?
    You changed your mind and want to return your order? You can easily return your products. To do so, please contact our support and send us a mail to: info@mindandmatter.io We will get back to you and show you how to return the products. Conditions: All items are inspected before they are accepted - The item(s) may have been opened. However, the item(s) must still be returned in proper condition. That is, the folding box and the glass packaging must not be damaged or destroyed. The label must not be removed. - The cost of the return is borne by the customer
