Energy
Numerous animal studies confirm that cordyceps increases cellular energy in the form of ATP (3). ATP or adenosine triphosphate is a form of cellular energy produced in our mitochondria. Mitochondria are the energy powerhouse in our cells. They produce over 90% of the fuel we use every day. By improving both the cell factory (mitochondria) and the availability of its fuel source (ATP), we can optimize our physical and mental capabilities (3).

Oxygen supply
In one study, researchers examined the effects on physical performance of 30 healthy older adults who used a stationary bicycle. Participants received either 3 grams of a synthetic Cordyceps strain or a placebo pill daily for six weeks. At the end of the study, VO2 max had increased by 7% in participants who had taken cordyceps, while there was no change in participants who had received the placebo pill (2).
Several studies with average non-athletes have shown that the VO2 max of participants taking Cordyceps supplements was slightly higher than that of participants taking a placebo pill. VO2 max is a measure of how quickly the body delivers oxygen to the muscles so that the muscles can use that oxygen for energy (1).

How can I return my order?You changed your mind and want to return your order? You can easily return your products. Conditions: All items are inspected before they are accepted - The item(s) may have been opened. However, the item(s) must still be returned in proper condition. That is, the folding box and the glass packaging must not be damaged or destroyed. The label must not be removed. - The cost of the return is borne by the customer

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has not yet approved any claims for the effects of Cordyceps. Unfortunately, due to the lack of health claims, we are not allowed to advertise the exact effects of Cordyceps.
